So far October has delivered on the weather front. For the 3rd weekend in a row I have managed to get out and have a good ride in excellent riding conditions. This has been perfect for getting the feel of the Vitus Escarpe, especially as these rides have all involved technical riding and some down hill action.
As promised a video from Sunday’s ride. It was a Novice Friendly ride as the club puts it – this means nothing scary or requiring a particularly high level of fitness. Unfortunately the ride went through a locals down hill trail area.
Some of us like to ride this sort of stuff so the temptation to ride it was too great. Some of the gang like to ride bigger jumps and faster than others also… This is by no means a Red Bull Rampage, but the joke is that this was a novice friendly ride and the were some first timers out with us… Hope they weren’t scared!
Anyway, the video features some shots with my new helmet mount and was edited using iMovie.
